None of which these writers or this show could hold a candle to.

But again, which source material is Don Rickles guilty of trashing? He's his own person! I swear the pretzel logic going on to defend this trash coming out of Hollywood defies explanation.

I have no desire to ever watch this show. I do like her as an actress though. She was especially good in S1 of Perry Mason. I'm not saying she's a smoke show but she's definitely pretty.

The person I was replying to wasn't making a point involving source material, unless you think "Am I Racist" is a franchise.

But then you'll never miss an opportunity to twist someone's post in order to suit your needs, and then accuse them of using pretzel logic.

Interjecting 'Am I Racist' into the discussion is itself twisting the narrative. You replied to 420, but I also commented on the point brought up, so I was following through.

It's not comparable to interject what Disney Marvel has done with She-Hulk to anything from another movie or comedians who write their own material with the intention to mock or humorously insult.

It's a fetish within the industry.

Marvel’s Thor: Love and Thunder Director Taika Waititi Trolls Thor Fans: “I’ll Ruin Your Mythos in a Minute, Baby”

Yes, Taika making a joke and trolling the people complaining is also funny.

It's Taika Waititi, you really think he is gonna miss any chance to make fun of folks complaining?

You bitch about these shows/movies non-stop but cry foul when they take shots back.

Never watched so I don't know what she looks like in normal mode.

Ryan Reynolds thinks the Canadian Prime Minister is a “Rock Star.”

He is liberal, just maybe not woke - ala Bill Maher. Which is fine.

He is also a smart businessman - he likes to make money.

Per usual, you have it 180° backwards.

These shows/movies never had any intention of catering to the fan base or audience. They see a cash cow if decades long IP then think it funny to drag the fans & the mythos. It’s petty and sadistic but also it reveals them to be hacks. They do this 1st, and then the fans react.

This has been going on for years now. That’s why I and others post all these threads on how Hollywood is failing. Because objectively that’s what’s happening.

And still, here you are pretending not to see any of it.

He is, and this is all we ask for. Keep your stupid politics out of entertainment. He knows this and does so. If he does put any of it in there, he keeps it subtle and innocuous.

I for one would welcome a She-Hulk twerk scene

Did you know that guys used to write in to Marvel Comics about wanting to see She-Hulk nude hula hooping?
There was a cover on one of comics where she had been taken captive and told that she would have to perform the act, but I believe it was just Marvel trolling the guys that wrote in.

Taika had already made the best Thor movie and one of the best comic movies ever when he made that quote. The people he was trolling were just mad he added a female to the 2nd Thor movie he made before it even released.

So you are the one that has it backwards. He made Thor: Ragnorak, everyone loved it. Then he made Thor: Love and Thunder and a certain group cried that he had made Thor "woke" by casting a female "Thor" in Natalie Portman. Then he trolled them.

Regardless, she was still not cut from Wolverine & Deadpool, which was the point of OP's stupid post. Feel free to infer what you want from her tone.

Newsflash. One of those who “cried” was none other than Chris Hemsworth himself.

Of course, he didn’t use the term “woke” because he probably had other issues. And credit him for taking the blame, instead of sounding like a diva and pointing fingers at the director. That's a Chad move right there.

Thor being used as a slapstick clown in his own movies is funny. Maybe once.

But you are delusional, if you think Ragnarok was better than the original Thor.

He had? Ragnarok was a terrible Thor movie, and planted the seeds for the character's ruination in Endgame.

Ragnarok is the best (and highest rated/reviewed) of all 4

It wasn't. Sorry. Thor had a better director, better acting, better score, better story... For MCU origins story, I'd put it right behind Iron Man and Capt. America - The First Avenger.

Hulk didn't get a proper origins story.
Ant Man's was fine, but kinda meh.
Dr. Strange's was serviceable.
(Spider-Man's wasn't technically MCU)
Who am I missing?

Doesn't matter, don't care.

I really like Tatiana Maslany. She was excellent in Orphan Black. She-Hulk wasn’t very good unfortunately. She needs better material, there’s nothing deficient about her abilities. It would be a shame to lose such a talent because of poor writing.

Um….

She is very pretty.

That’s why I had a hard time believing in the series that none of the guys wanted to frick her, and only wanted to frick her Hulk
