I'm just saying the moment Barry moved Zoom would've moved to kill the dad. Think about it though. The whole thing is kind of silly. They both stopped at Barry's old house. When Zoomed stopped why didn't Barry try to grab Zoom and pull him away from his dad. Or hell why didn't he run into him for that matter.

he should have done something. he certainly knew why zoom grabbed his dad and especially why he brought him to their old house. Zoom wants to prove Barry is like Zoom, what else is he going to do. try and stop it

The f'd up by leaving their guard down to begin with. Hell they had to know Zoom escaped back to Earth 2 since they didn't find him after the vibration thing.

they knew he did b/c they mentioned he created a breach and escaped. did they think he was going to just abandon his plans?

Zoom killed Barry's dad right in front of him and there was nothing the Flash could do about, hellz yeah.
This one may be my favorite this season, invincible!!!
Don't come in here with the "that's so fricking stupid, he could have just..." Ran faster, time traveled, if that always happened there would be no show.

I think they were celebrating taking out hundreds, maybe thousands of E2 meta-humans and the fact that even though they didn't kill Zoom, they set him back. They were just winding down a bit. Who thought Zoom would be back so fast? And have designs on killing Barry's dad, in that episode.

Like I said last night, they all let their guard down in such a stupid way at such an inappropriate time. After they cleaned up all the metahumans and locked them up, they should've been immediately looking for Zoom on Earth One or trying to get to Earth 2 to arrest him, not having a little pow wow like it's fricking thanksgiving.
You never stop until the big bad guy is either arrested or dead. Zoom took advantage of their complacency and hopefully they'll learn from it as you do not stop until it's truly over.

I thought it was lame how they took down all the meta humans with one plot device. Black Siren was basically a villain of the week. I wanted a bit more leading into the finale

Come on, that's not going to happen. Again, we need a story. You seem like a comic guy, if he gets arrested, he breaks free, imprisioned, escapes, dead, resurrected. One of these will happen in the finale. I hope they don't kill him off. He'll disappear in the speed force and come back.

I wanna know how zoom was able to create a breach. Didn't seem like he was capable of doing that a few episodes back when he was sitting around waiting for Cisco to open one up.

Now that's a good catch. From what Wells said, Zoom can't get through without the breachs open. Maybe he always could generate them, maybe he locked on to the tech when they were open, or maybe he snuck into the speed force and learned how when we weren't looking? Or maybe they made that up real quick to get him out of there

OMG just got done watching Rupture.. 
also, pretty hilarious that the Flash team bought the machine from Bad Robot and went meta in the episode by mentioning the machine in the episode

The look on Wally's face when he saw Barry was The Flash. I won't mention anything else, but I thought that was an awesome moment.
