My polygraph says that's complete bullshite.

Just finished all 13 episodes. Holy shite. Damn that was awesome to watch.

This was easily one of the best, if not the best Marvel Netflix show I've watched to date.

There's so many layers to Frank Castle that he's honestly a lot more interesting to the other marvel netflix characters, especially someone like Luke Cage who's honestly pretty bland.

This is easily some of the best writing I've ever seen and each episode and scene just meshes well together and that episode with the bombing at the hotel is a good example of that. Just meshes well.

Oh and the way Frank really did a number of Billy Russo with the face on the mirror was just absolutely brutal to watch. Holy shite I would rather die than suffer even one second of that.

My only nitpick is that Agent Orange needed to die but he still needed to be relentlessly and publicly humiliated and I fully believe that he would've gone more insane from that. Just losing his job at the CIA was enough for him to go ape shite on Frank.

There was an interview recently with Ben Barnes and he really wants the opportunity to play Russo as Jigsaw, specifically with the psychotic break resulting from seeing his destroyed face in the mirror and how it drives him batshit insane.

Just finished last night and this one is easily in the my top 3 for Marvel's netflix shows.

It drug a bit around episodes 4 to 7 but overall was very good. Began and ended well. I was ready for a classic take where he's wearing the skull the entire time and we have 13 episodes of revenge porn but this one actually kept me invested with a very solid story. Multiple layers that all tied together nicely.

Count me in as looking forward to more Billy/Jigsaw as well but even if he doesn't show in the next season, I'll be interested to see where they go next. This Frank isn't just a mindless "Kill every bad guy" Punisher. There's some depth here.

I thought it was excellent. Punisher has always been one of my favorites growing up, so I was already excited for this. The story was excellent and like you said, they didn't make Frank just this killing machine, there was purpose behind it and exemplified it when he stormed the army base for Bennett. I think that makes it a whole lot better than him just shooting everything that moves.

I hope they just stick with Jigsaw next season instead of introducing someone new as well

3 Episodes left.

Man, as good as the show is, that 8-10 episode streak was just so good. Might be the best Netflix show outside of Stranger Things. Very subtle approach to everything and Frank Castle is the best Netflix character. Bernthal is fantastic.

Just finished, this is easily the best Marvel show on netflix with the exception of Daredevil season 1.

I truly did not expect them to go full on with the violence, but I'm damn glad they did.

10 out of 10.

Episode 12 felt like a climax where they should have ended it, and episode 13 was living down to my low expectations until they cranked it right back up to 11. It wasn't comfortable, and I did the halfway look away and cringe through it, but it somehow was redeeming to the story. And I'm not a guy that likes torture porn, I actively avoid gory movies.

Luke Cage ran out of steam after 1 episode.

To me, it lasted a bit longer than that, but the main issue was the change in the villain. Cottonmouth was scary without needing super powers; he gave the writers a way of showing how a man without powers but having influence can keep someone with powers in check (ala Luthor vs Superman).

They then brought in the second half villain, who was way over the top and just not a good fit for the theme.

When he hit Frank with that shot of adrenaline, I was like, "Yes, it's on!"

Easily the best Marvel Netflix show, IMO, and there's a pretty big gap to #2.

The Madani chick is hot, too. I hope she's in Season 2.

**Minor spoiler**

I will say that I wasn't sure what I was supposed to feel when Frank was getting tortured by Agent Orange and him seeing himself having sex with his wife. That threw me a bit.

On episode 9 and have really enjoyed it. Not a criticism, but I am a little surprised it hasn't been more violent -- I'm thinking scenes similar to the jailhouse killing spree Castle went on in season 2 of Daredevil.

No complaints at all. I've enjoyed:
- seeing the relationship develop between Frank and Micro
- the casting is fantastic
- the pacing of the show and plot - SO much better than Iron Fist and Luke Cage
- I think the show runners approached the relationship between Frank and Micro's wife really well. Could have become very hokey.
- The way they tied Lewis into everything was also solid and well done.
