In my top 5 of all time, but I think because it gets air time on TBS and Comedy Central it's not truly underrated.

I had forgotten about this movie until just now. The scene where they are trying to drown the crabs, awesome.

And to the person (tigerfan inbamaland) that said Tropic Thunder, Robert Downey Jr. is the only funny thing about that movie. Tom Cruise was so unfunny it made my head hurt. "Hey look at this, Tom Cruise is in a fat suit cussing a lot...OMG how hilarious".
