The winner is the benz chick from Dexter in boondock saints II. I couldnt even watch the whole movie because of her.

This is definitely the answer. Pretty crappy when everybody else in the movie at least gave it a shot, made his performance that much worse.

Kate Beckinsale in Van Helsing was pretty f'ing terrible. Same with Halle Berry as Storm in the first X-men. Another instance where they dropped the accent totally.
