May not be the GOAT, but the first score that always comes to mind for me is Inception. "Time" is brilliant.

He started with Stanley Meyers and it looks like he didn't start with Ridley (my favorite director) until 1989. He scored most of Tony's films starting with Days of Thunder and most of Penny Marshall's films starting with A League of their Own. Pretty impressive.

I listed a Ridley film (Bladerunner (Vangelis score), and a Tony film True Romance (Zimmer score) - and now that I look at the body of work, I also like most of Zimmer's scores.
