The Bee Gees are in a weird spot for a list like this. They absolutely had their own sound and Barry was definitely the leader. But it took more than his vocals to create their sound.
The same could probably be said for singing groups like The Mamas & the Papas, where a group of voices created a pretty unique sound.

The Animals - Eric Burdon
The Loving Spoonful - John Sebastian
The Supremes - Diana Ross
The Rascals - Felix Cavalieri
The MC5 - Rob Tyner
and any band that Joe Cocker ever fronted for.

Disturbed
Linkin Park
Slipknot
Evanescence
System
etc etc
Bring Me The Horizon and Oli Sykes is a great modern day example. That dude packs so much emotion behind his vocals that the tones in their songs have to match his lyrics/emotion.

Creed
As a Pearl Jam fan at the time, I used to hear that "this new guy in a band called Creed sounds just like Eddie Vedder".
I'm pretty sure it's one of the reasons that it's been more than a decade since I've listened to Pearl Jam.

Metallica. Hetfield’s voice is as heavy as the music.

Great pick. Speaking of Dax Riggs, have you heard anything of him? I’ve seen he’s gotten more active on social media but is he still making music?
