Rush is kind of “an obvious answer”, my personal favorite- Violent Femmes.
This was the first show my oldest daughter and I saw together, also the first (and only) time we got shite-faced together
Got all of my kids hooked on them, my youngest (15yo boy) especially. We’re all going to see them next month here in Austin. They’re playing their first two albums. (Self titled, Hallowed Ground)
My boy is so pumped! I take one, one, one ‘cause you left me and two, two….

Awesome. Saw them play in California waaaay back in the early 00’s. Which reminds me of another favorite trio- the Reverend Horton Heat!
