Jazz Fest is too crowded without all the casuals with a Rolling Stones t-shirt cramming in there for a Facebook selfie.

Be careful on the resale market if that’s where you gonna overpay for tickets
Odds of cancellation are much higher than the actual performance

Do you think it will sell out quickly - I'd usually say yes, but I could see with it being General Admin some people being hesitant and waiting until closer to Jazz Fest

Not sure Jazz fest has ever sold out (if so very rarely) …. But stones have never played JF. I know many JF regulars who are taping out due to price

I believe it sold out in 2019 the first time they announced Stones - they capped it at 70k

I'll be shocked if this actually goes on as planned.

Could be. Believe the plan was to shut down all other stages when the Stones went on. Assume may do the same?

70,000 x $225 = $15.75 Million.
A lot of money to split up for one show.
