I was there. The Ramones opened.
My all time favorite concert was Weezer at Tip’s in 1995. I think it was 95. They were originally supposed to play at UNO but I don’t think they sold enough tickets so it got moved to the smaller venue. Which was amazing.

I saw Ozzy in either 1982 or 1983 in Atlanta. It was terrible. It think the sound guys should have been fired. The sound was so loud and so distorted, you could barely figure out what song he was playing.
I saw Ozzy twice on the Diary tour, once with Randy Rhoads, and then the next year after Randy died they came back around with Brad Gillis on guitar. After that 2nd concert I remember that my ears rang for three days before they recovered. So I can confirm the way-too-loud situation.

Saw Motorhead in a maybe 1,000 seater club back in the day. Not sure I ever recovered.

Are we supposed to guess the artist?

Hands down Hot Tuna around 1987 Springfield Civic Center. I had to stand in the hallway. It was painful...
Runner up was Rage against the Machine at the SUB at UMASS. I was on a date so I sucked it up but it hurt too...

- Iron Maiden World Slavery Tour in Biloxi. February 1985.
- Accept at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans. Metal Heart Tour. August 1985
- Metallica Justice Tour. Biloxi. August 1989
- Soundgarden Badmotorfinger Tour at The Milk Bar in Jacksonville. December 1991. Epic show. Small dark basement club just months before they got huge.
- White Zombie La Sexorcisto Tour at Shades Nightclub in Orange Park Florida. January 1993. Similar to Soundgarden, small intimate club just months before they blew up.
I’ll probably think of a few more that may belong.

I assume it’s the Grateful Dead & Jerry Garcia Band.

Yeah I realized that the other day after checking a few dates. Just seemed like a funny way to answer the OP.
