What’s the best mainstream hit from the 90s?

Not sure if it’s the best, but I have been listening to One Headlight for 25 years and I have never gotten tired of it.
By the same token, been doing the same to Mambo No. 5 and it’s still a bop.

There’s a bunch, but the first thing that popped into my head was Weezer’s Undone (The Sweater Song). You could pick just about any song off that album though.

It's definitely neither of those...especially the latter. Might as well have went with The Macarena.
