With Lakers loss, we are 7th seed.
Timberwolves/Warriors tonight. If wolves win we go back to 8th.
If warriors win, I doubt we catch them for 6th seed.

I sort of want the Wolves to keep losing. I haven’t looked at GS’s schedule to see who they have left or if they’re home/away, but just off first thoughts I think I’d rather the Wolves keep losing.

Need to beat the Blazers as the Pels have the Warriors on the away b2b on Tuesday. Atleast all the games are late this coming week.

Warriors have easiest schedule when compared to the Suns and Clippers. So hopefully they beat Minnesota.
Clippers schedule is tough which is good for the Pelicans.
Suns is pretty tough also but not as bad as the Clippers.

Need the Pels to win tomorrrow, split the Warriors/Nuggets games, then go on a 4 game win streak at home. At that point they should be in a good place to finish out the season on the road vs Minnesota.

Nope, the Pels are currently sitting at the 8 seed.
Its pretty irrelevant and this type of talk seems similar to the December talk when everyone was freaking out about being the 1 seed.
Take care of the games ahead of you that you can control and it will all play out how its suppose to.
Seeds 4-12 can all change until seasons end. Just buckle up and enjoy

At the time of the thread Minnesota hadn’t played the Warriors yet and were tied with the Pels at 37-37 and NBA.com had the Pels in 7th. It looks like the Pels are 1-1 head to head so they must own whatever the next tiebreaker is.
