Real ones know what Pels have in BI. Super player who stood up for the city, after the AD debacle, stating he wants to be here, drew CJ in, his teammates, coaches, and FO rave about his internal leadership, and has led the Pels back from the brink to what appears the playoffs in back to back years.

The 27-7-6 line on 50% 40% 90% splits since the ASB ARE All Pro worthy, and he wears a Pels uniform. Oh, and he’s 25 years old and seems to keep getting better.

This is a BI I don’t think we have ever seen. He’s getting rebounds and assists as well. I can’t wait to see this team with Zion.

I'm glad he finally decided to play well.

It would be nice if he did it for 75% of the season instead of the last 10 games.

Bring on the downvotes but deep down you all know it to be true.

Biggest difference imo is he's fighting through contact more.

He still doesn't get the whistles he should.

His playmaking is also greatly improved.

Is there any reason a Zion, Ingram pick and roll wouldn't be deadly? I know Zion isn't a mid-range guy but he could just drive a few feet for the short lane jumper he's got.

We ran it over and over against the Bulls earlier in the season in the 4th q and it led to nothing but open B.I. looks. I remember that game being down 10 and we stormed back in the 4th to steal it.

I don't think this is it but fwiw if it was, this would be an indictment on BI, not a good thing. If it was all just needing to flip a switch, he shoulda flipped that switch long ago.

But it seems it's actually the team asking him to do more and take on a role they didn't have him in earlier in the season. CJ was the lead facilitator when Zion was out, and we've pivoted to BI as the lead facilitator, and he's doing about as well as we could possibly have expected in that role.

And it's also no coincidence that so many of us have been saying all year CJ would be best used off ball more, and now we're doing that and CJ is making, without looking, around 50% of his 3s since the BI takeover.

Sucks that it took this long to make these changes, but it is what it is.

This is what makes me upset when he comes out and don’t play with the effort like he’s playing now. If he can do this for 65% of the season we’re no lower than the 4th seed
