If he is really hurt him not playing is understandable; however, he needs to have a more visible presence with the team as he is suppose to be the star of the team. Yes he is a quiet guy, but he has to have a more visible role regardless of the injury.

I agree with this. Almost to the point where I think we are better off without him. Everyone else on the team buys into what Monty is doing.
