Teams that would be very interested:
CHI
CHA
BKN
MIA
SAC
POR
JAZZ

Teams that may have interest:
PHX
MEM
76ers
DET

The value for that first group of teams may vary but the interest is there. Some teams may be interested for 1-2 1sts and some teams may be interested for a high five and a thank you. But interest is good.

He's playing mediocre when he does play and still has an avg of 20/5/4. The potential plus multiple teams interested will get us something of value.

That's kind of crazy and probably an overreaction but every season he becomes a little less effective

If anything it’s optimistic.

Didn’t he hit 4 threes in his first game? Has he hit one since?

If you are a GM and you see that he has only ever played in 50% of his games ever, I think you are very careful on enacting a trade for too much.....certainly not really worth a first round.

Yeah he produces when he plays, but it is when he plays. Of you are a gM and you spend 100 mill on him and trade a player and a draft pick, you had better hope he consistently produces beyond every other game or half a season.

This is an easy scenario when you only view it as a good pick and bad asset. A 1st rd pick could be #3 or #30. Those don't have close to the same value. We don't trade Zion for (4) pick #30's.

And what about the pick? You wouldn't trade the next Hayes/ Kira/ Hawk for Zion? Other teams have had shitty draft luck like us. Some of those picks might not make it off the bench while Zion is a guarantee once he's on the court.
