Hendricks isn’t gonna be there at 14 unless he punches a baby before draft night

Dariq Whitehead. 6’7” 40% from 3.

I haven’t seen him play, but Taylor Hendricks seems like a perfect fit. Almost 40% from 3 with legit volume, blocked 1.8 shots a game.

Not sure he will be available at 14, but he does have some good looking tools.

Hendricks is my dream but no way in hell he makes it to 14. Haven’t looked into whitehead much but I know he was a very highly ranked recruit and one of the youngest players in the draft that dealt with injuries.

Missed some time due to random injuries.
Oh - this is our guy

He’s going top 10

So early on I think it shakes out like this...
Gone for Sure:
-Victor Wembanyama
-Scoot Henderson
-Brandon Miller
-Amen Thompson
-Ausar Thompson
Almost For Sure Gone:
-Cam Whitmore
-Anthony Black
-Jarace Walker
-Taylor Hendricks
So those 9 guys are out of reach at 14, assuming nothing big pops on them between now and the draft.
Then we get into the group that could be there for the Pels. Some of them won't be, of course. But there are about 10-12 guys you have to take a hard look at. I put them in three groups: Shooters/Scorers; Playmaker/Defenders; Rim Protectors/Rebounders
The Shooter/Scorers:
-Gradey Dick
-Keyonte George
-Nick Smith, Jr.
-Jett Howard
-Brice Sensabaugh
-Jordan Hawkins
-Kris Murray
-Julian Strawther
-Max Lewis
In this group, Dick is probably not going to make it to 14 and I'm not a big fan of either Keyonte George or Nick Smith, Jr.. Strawther and Lewis would probably be a reach at 14. So if the Pels want to draft a guy who could be a bench shooter--which they desperately need--I'd look at Hawkins, Howard, Murray or Sensabaugh. My preference would be Kris Murray, a long guy who can also defend and rebound + hedge against another Zion injury at the 4, but they all have things to recommend them for the Pels. Howard and Hawkins are probably the best pure shooters, if you want to go that route. Sensabaugh is an interesting prospect, more of a scorer than a pure shooter. Like Murray, he also has some size to play in the paint.
The Playmakers/Defenders:
-Cason Wallace
-Rayan Rupert
-Jalen Hood-Schifino
-Sidy Cissoko
-Dariq Whitehead
I'd love to have a shot at Wallace, probably the best perimeter defender in the class, but it's doubtful he makes it to us at 14. Hood-Schifino is a very interesting prospect, but he profiles a lot like Dyson Daniels. Whitehead had a bad year at Duke, but projects with a ton of upside. But outside of Wallace, I'm not sure I'd like the Pels picking out of this group.
Rim Protectors/Rebounders:
-Dereck Lively
-G.G. Jackson
-Noah Clowney
-Trayce Jackson-Davis
-James Nnaji
-Drafting any of these guys at 14 might be a bit of a reach, but if the Pels decide to solve their interior defense problem (horrible) through the draft any of these guys could help. Lively is the best pure rim protector in the draft with his massive wingspan, but his offense is primitive at best. All the other guys bring more offense to the table. Jackson is more of a big wing, but at 6'9" he is rugged defensive rebounder. Jackson-Davis and Nnaji are both more end of first round guys, though some boards have them moving up and I really love Jackson-Davis' game. Realistically, only Lively, Jackson and Clowney are end of the lottery picks, and that may be pushing it. But any one of them would fill a need on Pels roster.

I saw a community draft by “MavsDraft” on Twitter and Shamit had Brice Sensabaugh as the pick.

The BPA that’s a shooter.

You’re not way off. Nice thing about Jett and Grady is both are 6’8” with wingspan. Neither are great defenders but both try on that end and are very switchable.

Dereck Lively could be around. A 7’1” dude averaging 2.4 blocks in 20 minutes should qualify under the rim protecting big category

I believe Griff drafts Lively. I would go Clowney, Nick Smith or Key George.

i like him. Has a Joe Johnson vibe to his game. He's a strong guy and seems to know how to use his strength to create easy shots.

Not that it means anything, but CBS mock draft that just came out had Hendericks at 16, Cason Wallace at #7 and Keyonte George at #6.
Mock drafts are not to be trusted though, especially well before the combine.
