I think he's talking about peak conditioning in regards to our style of play and pace. I don't think he's saying he'll struggle or anything like he has in the past.

If Duke Zion was 285, right now id say he's about 295 just due to body development while maturing. At Duke Zions arms were lean and his mid section didn't have ANY fluff to it.
Right now he's fit asf, but I want to see him lean and at 285 again. Hopefully he can get there this season, but he needs to stay away from the weight bench and go cardio ONLY.

And his face was A LOT skinnier at 285, that's natural maturity, but we will know FOR SURE whenever he gets back down to 285. I feel that was the perfect weight for him. I doubt he can get back to that though.

Probably. But I'm not sure they all have to participate in this portion? Maybe as long as he's available in some capacity, that could be in the lockerroom? I don't know.

Idk I feel like worst case scenario we can package him for:
BI - Ayton
BI- Kessler + John Collins
BI + pick(s) - Claxton (would have to wait)
I'm hoping the Claxton trade is already a done deal and we just have to wait until he's eligible.
Otherwise we would have probably just traded him for Kessler/ Collins if its a locker room issue.
