Tom Benson doesn't own the team until the Board of Governors votes and makes its decision public. That's not going to happen until later today at the very earliest. I'm not sure anyone knows what will happen.

Fox Sports radio is now reporting that Tom Benson is expected to be at the St. Regis Hotel this afternoon for a major announcement regarding the Hornets. They said Benson's legal counsel from San Antonio & others meet with NBA executives all day yesterday and late last night.
