At this point you need to reward Zion for putting in the hard work getting his body back to where it is now. That could only mean him playing 10-15 minutes in the play-in game. But it's something, maybe not for the team but for his own mentality. All that said, he needs to be healthy and I think he will be

The one major positive the videos seem to imply(though we wont fully know til a real game), but it doesnt look like he lost any athleticism or that burst.

Which was always the big concern with lower body injuries. That it might be a Blake Griffin or Porzingas situation where a foot/leg injury just sort of lowers your overall athleticism permanently.

There may be some value in playing him the last 2-3 games of the season plus the play-in. Other teams may be resting starters in our last two games which would be a bonus.

Bench role, 15-20 minutes.

Seems like he actually forced the FO’s hand with the video… will be interesting to see how this plays out

Either that or he released that video knowing he was being upgraded to ramping up today. Hope this is the case but you're probably right.

Incompetence---that's the only thing this video shows.

I'm guessing he's thinking because Zion can play 1 on 1 at low levels, then he can clearly play 5 on 5 right now with no problem

The fact that this wasn't a coordinated release by the Pels and Zion shows the incompetence of both our management and Zions team.

I just finished the locked on Pels podcast and Jake pretty much says the same thing. No way David Griffen loves this---

100%. If we don’t play him he can walk and say it’s because we wouldn’t play him. If we play him and he gets hurt he can walk because we didn’t look out for him.

Except if highly unlikely he "walks" and turns down tens of millions.

Zion bad team

Didn't you say this morning that you loved what Zion's handlers were doing and they were playing 4D chess?

Yes, I love it! from his perspective, it's genius and he's just playing the game.

That doesn't mean it's the right move as a whole. What we are seeing here is complete incompetence from the Pels management and from Zion's camp.

One has to assume that the earlier Shams report is David or someone in management bumping their gums too much---something that Zion's camp has been against. so in turn they drop this video, without the Pels support to show them up. Genius--not backing down. Takes the pressure off Zion and put it back on David.

Yet you also love someone saying how bad the advice is that he's getting. Ok.

So you love that he's getting bad advice and doing dumb things because it makes the team look bad? That's weird.

If Zion never posts that video we have no clue the issues that are going on. He's only doing these bad things as a reaction to our management doing bad things.

Maybe he'll gain 50 lbs again. That'll really throw some chaos in there for ya.

Yes---him being out of shape shows, even more, our incompetent management

There was absolutely no reason for that Shams report to come out--none.
