A late 1st isn’t worth much and that Warriors pick may be several years off if they collapse again.

Not that I would ever want to see it happen, but curry is decently injury prone and is aging. If he misses significant time it could be very valuable.

That protected lakers pick for Portland was money in the bank too at the time, you never know

If we dont trade Zion or BI, Griffin better get to work because rest of these west teams are loading up.

That pick has sliding protections on it.

Top 4 for 2024
Top 1 for 2025
Unprotected in 2026

I thought it would be full lottery protected for 2024 but I was wrong.

That Wizard’s roster is going to see more turnover than a Latin American dictatorship at this rate.

Everything must go, no price is too low.

Daniel Gaffordnplease. I’m not sure if we can afford him with Herb Jones and Trey Murphy contracts. But him at 14 million a year is a steal.

Make the Zion deal and then offer Jonas, Naji, and a future pick for Gafford, Kispert, and Gallo

Wizards are dumb enough at this point to actually say yes to that

Getting in on the Porz sweepstakes would’ve been cool.

Jonas, Nance, Kira might have gotten us on the doorstep of a deal salary matching wise.

I’m sure that would make our already tight cap situation a bit moreso. That being said, in some bizarro universe where Kristaps Porzingis, Zion Williamson, and Brandon ingram could all stay healthy, that lineup plus CJ and Trey would make a few baskets

Y'all are WAY overrating Gafford. I'd rather roll with Jonas than trade anything of value for Gafford.

Kispert would interest me though. I'd love to gauge their interest in moving him for someone like Naji or Kira and maybe a pick.

Getting Gafford to replace Nance should be the better move.

I don't see a big difference between the two. Gafford is younger and a little taller.

Gafford is a better rim protector, while Nance is better at stretching the floor.

I just don't get the infatuation with Gafford. I'd like to have him as a backup big, but he's not the starting 5 we need.

4th best rim protector amongst bigs. Per 36 would be 16/10.

I’m not saying put him as a starter, but he will be a solid backup if we can’t get Reid. Plus I don’t think he will cost that much assets.
