If the Lakers do not pick him he would go undrafted and obviously would sign with the Lakers.

Per Scoop B (if you believe in him), Pels are being aggressive to try and get back into the 2nd round. I would be surprised if they buy back in. Hope it is for Filipowski, Furphy, Kolek or Smith. Not sure what we have that anyone would want outside of cash, Doubt Liddell would get us a 2nd.

He's not a second round talent.
He doesn't even belong in the G League. I'm not even joking when I say his best option is probably China

Interesting, but idk what we could possibly offer either. We don’t have any future 2nds until like 2030 and don’t have any obvious players to trade. I guess we could a highly protected first that turns into 2nds in the future, but that seems doubtful.

Out of those, I’d prefer Smith, Flip, Kolek, Furphy in that order. Wasn’t a fan of Smith at 21, but I am 100% on board taking him in the 2nd round.
There’s a couple guys who could go in the back half that I think are interesting players. Shead, Simpson, Jalen Bridges, and Freeman are all guys that I think have a chance to stick around in the league for various reasons

Come on man, he’s offering EJ Liddell, that should get at least 2 2nds

Flipowskii is the most Utah pick in a long time

What's the deal with Justin Edwards?

Furphy to SAS at 35, looks like it gets flipped to Indiana.

I looked him up wondering if he was another highly recruited guy that Cal turned from lottery pick to late in the draft steal but his combine was terrible. His lane agility number was worse than Clingan's.

Welp seems like bronny to lakers is gonna happen

He also looked completely lost a lot of times last year. I also wonder if there’s something in his medicals because he was supposed to be this great athlete in HS, but his combine numbers are concerning

If he goes to Australia, teams will still own his rights. They can squat on them until the Lakers ante up.
