I’m just not sure there is a move to be made that puts this team deep into the playoffs, other than Zion getting in shape and being healthy

Chet for BI I do all day.
At least 2 are also more valuable than Zion.

I know it’s not a popular idea on here but I would like to move Ingram
It'll be the prevailing opinion by next season.
Some folks that'll finally realize it will forget how they ridiculed those who saw it 2 seasons before them.

I’m with you big guy. He’s not “it”. We keep trying to force it. If Zion can stay healthy, we need to ship BI out of here and turn the keys over to Z.

We're only suppose to get dramatic when the team plays well sir

That's just it. This whole roster was built with the idea that Zion would be a superstar by now and he just isn't that and probably won't ever be that barring some serious philosophical changes on his part. Any trade that's made that doesn't drastically shift the makeup of this roster (like trading BI, JV and a bunch of 1sts for a bonafide star) doesn't really move the needle for us. For better are for worse, the only thing that moves the needle one way or the other is Zion.
Yep. Griff and the FO built a pretty damn good supporting cast, with assets to improve it even more. All the blame and I mean all of it falls on BI and Zion. They just are not good enough to build your team around.
We’ll make some trades and spend assets trying to get better fits around them but it’s just shuffling deck chairs on the titanic.
None of it matter because Zion and BI are top 30-40 players and that just doesn’t cut it in this league when you’re trying to contend

Anybody else still shocked at the challenge Willie lost due to “leg to leg” contact. Genuinely one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen, turned the game off after that

That should be a tad concerning to everyone, consider our supposed best 2 players have been relatively healthy this season.
I say supposed because CJ has clearly been our best player, which isn't a good thing.

I mean, they're all about 6-4 to 8-2 in their last 10. We can't expect to gain separation with this run of games, holding serve can be acceptable.
Edit: scratch that. The best 10 game run is 7-3 in seeds 4-8, most are 6-4/5-5. and we're a game away from the 5 seed as well.
Again, perspective. It's too close of a race to say losing 3 in a row would be fatal. They're losing games too.
Going 2-2 over Utah, okc, bucks, celts is more than acceptable.
And of course, we shouldn't even be the most frustrated fans today. Phoenix pissed away a game against the Pacers without Hali last night, a far more unforgivable loss.

The Clippers are firmly in the top 4 seeds. They’re not in the battle for 5-8 unless significant injuries hit.
