I don't think they're that bad, but my main issue is my favorite jersey were the reds. So they took my favorite jersey and replaced it with something that may be my least favorite.

I've got this feeling as well
The OG red "Pelicans" uniform was my favorite uniform the team had and now they've replaced it with something that immediately feels like a downgrade
The blue numbers feel extremely weird right now but I'm sure the uniform will grow on me with time... esp. if the team wins a lot while wearing it
Right now I'm disappointed in the loss of the OG reds

I hate a lot of things about these.
1. Why is there a random pelicans logo dropped on the side of the shorts?
2. There’s way too much text + ads going on with them up top. It makes the spacing weird
3. Why the hell is the blue number bordering on black?

These aren't bad but not the best either. Does feel like a downgrade from the original Reds.
I think they need to make the City NOLA jerseys from two years ago the permanent whites. Just makes too much sense.
Make the purple Mardi Gras ones last year...turn them blue and make them the permanent blue. I think those will pop.
These are "fine" for a new Statement so it is what it is.
I would love for them to do a "throwback" with the Hornets teal.
I could see a black and gold jersey coming.

Man they really struggle to be creative. I'll take these everyday of the week over the whites or blues but man all the team has to do is use google and they can find 10 fan made ideas better than that.
