I hate this non BI and non Boston lineup.

Boston has to be in the game right now.

The three timeouts we had were more important to use two of them during those non BI minutes to give BI more rest so you could get him back in the game as opposed to saving them for the end of the game.
But nah, let’s just let them take the lead and build on it right Sillie? I chose not to correct the misspelled Willie there on purpose.

It's a tough decision since this is probably going down the wire and we'll probably need a couple of times out and a challenge. We'll see if the decision pays off.

The +7.5 Blazers bet I made when the Pels were up by 8 in the first quarter was easy money.
Would be lovely if we could actually win the game while I win my bet, but that’s looking unlikely.

Looks like they're out of gas.

The frick kind of offensive foul is that? They've hugged up all night and we can't create space?

Portland would make the playoffs if they played New Orleans 82 times

Over cautious medical staff hands Pels another L. Surely we won’t need these wins at the end of the season

Since we’re on the topic of change in NOLA sports today, this is another organization that needs an overhaul.

Even though we're going to lose this one, I really enjoyed 43 minutes of this game. We just ran out of gas in the final 5 minutes.

If they played this Pelicans team, you’re correct. You know the one with 4 of their 5 starters out and 2 of their top 4 reserves out.

Did that make you angry? It made me angry. You know who didn’t appear to be angered by it? Our flatline, arms folded across his chest head coach.

We get out worked in the paint every game. Small ball won’t work for 82 games

Willie said that Zion not being at the game was doctor's orders.

I think this logically only can mean 1 of 2 things...

- Zion has a serious injury that will keep him out a while

- There's some kind of behind the scenes shenanigans going on with Zion, and Willie is stuck covering for him to the media. I don't have any guesses as to what it is but it would be some kind of frickery on the part of Zion... If it's not a legit injury that'll sideline him for a while

A little soreness that keeps you out 3 days, in what world would a Dr order you to not sit on a bench during a game?

The way this season started sums up pels life perfectly, remember that dumb topic one person on here started about sending BI home and how his "bad attitude" was going to hurt the team. well out of our 2 best players he has been the one being a true professional. After the way the season ending and the way he performed in the playoffs dude took ownership and apologize to the fans and said he would be better and even with the contract situation hanging over everyone head he has done his job so far and backed it up.

While out for vengeance Zion has already missed 3 games and with all the injuries if he would have played in these last 2 we would still have won these games. I'm tired of people blaming the medical staff being overly cautious the truth is if Zion wanted to play these last 2 games no body could have stopped him.
