I’m curious about all of the Payton comments. He’s a total question mark to me until I see him play in a Pels uniform for a few games.

I think Randle’s ability to stick guys on the perimeter will determine if those 3 finish together. I think people believe Randle is less athletic than he is.

Some notes I’ve seen from Lakers fans:
- they’ll miss him. They love the guy.
- something clicked last year. He was lazy and uninspired his first couple years.
- the dude can guard perimeter players

Haven’t seen any of them say anything negative about him other than he was frustrating early in his career. Now, he could have gotten serious because it was a contract year. However, he’s in another contract year. We should be good.

by that projection, pels starters would have a net rating of +11.3.

for comparison sake, CP3, MoPete, peja, west & tyson played 1300 minutes together 07- 09. their net rating was +10.2

That Boston lineup is going to be ridiculously good.

Minny will always underachieve until they realize KAT is their best offensive weapon. It’s insane how little of their offense is run through him.

Also, LOL at Houston...Melo’s arse is dragging them down hard.

I don't think there's any way Davis, Mirotic, and Randle can all play meaningful minutes together. No way one of them can guard a SF. I haven't watched any Payton either, just hoping with his length and athleticism. It's going to be interesting to see how everything shakes out.

Randle can stay with most SF on the perimeter if he were to he switched onto them. Either he or Jrue being on the best offensive wing is fine with me. That would have to be a line up with Niko in for Davis and Randle at the 5.

Dell convinced Randle to come off the bench before signing? Btw Randle played better as a starter and was not motivated as a bench player on defense. He has to start imo

Butler is their clear alpha. KAT is soft and Wiggins is nowhere near as good as what his stats show. Can't stand his game. That team has dysfunction, too. Butler talking shite about his teammates. Think he is gone after this year.
