Ask yourself this if your a legit really good sports reporter and can work anywhere, how many would actually choose to cover this franchise and live in nola. I love the pels and nola but thats just the truth.

They should hold him out next year just to be cautious, you never know, he could pull it again and be out for the year

If I had to guess. The organization already told our media the bad news and that is why no one bothered to ask. And not to leak it before tmrw or they would get fired.

At the very least it’s possible they disallowed the questions. The media is around the team and faculty a decent amount. Some of the media have decent personal relationships with the players and might have asked off the record. They probably know it’s not good. Zion missing from the bench the last 2 games. He’s probably completely missing from the facilities as well. No use asking questions they won’t answer with honesty anyway. Also, it’s not super fair to ask Willie these questions bc he has very little to do with injuries and their decisions made regarding them. They probably tell him to focus on coaching the team he has and when the front office has written their speech/spin about the Zion situation (approved by Zion’s camp), Griff will come out and address it.

I just want to know who is hinging their season ticket purchase on if zion plays the last couple games of the season.
Them withholding info in February to not stunt ticket sales or renewals makes sense. But there’s 3 games left this season lol.
There are people who WILL buy tickets if he only (lol) takes 4 months to come back from injury but WON’T buy tickets if he takes 5 or 6?

Can we start a thread for Jose? We all know Zion aint coming back but Jose looking better. The legit only pg on our team and makes our bench so much better. Honestly Im excited about a healthy Jose adding some juice to the bench!

I was sitting behind the bench. Zion was there most of the game and looked engaged.
