If it's a Pelicans Top 10, I don't see how everyone can leave a guy like Jalen Duren (Memphis) out, especially since we will likely be picking on the bottom half of the lottery and center is an offseason need.

The Duke center Mark Williams would be a fallback option considering how poor we are at defending the rim.

I havent watched a single minute of college hoops, but "shades of jamal crawford" sounds good to me

i want our bigs to have some shooting ability. at least be enough of a threat from the outside that other teams have to respect so zion can do work in the lane.

i don't see duren or williams ever developing something like that. but maybe some time with vinson could change things

Right - they are definitely more Andre Drummond types that won’t shoot 3s. I do think Zion 2.0 will take more jumpers tho bc what we’ve seen of bulldozer Zion likely isn’t as sustainable.

A taller version of Bradley Beal; Ben Simmons mixed with Draymond Green would be the greatest defender of all time. Sounds like this is a pretty good draft haha

Love definitely looking like a second rounder tonight. In fact every other game he’s been bad.

I don’t think people realize either he barely played basketball for 2 years because of his injuries and played well enough in college as a freshman 18 year old to now be considered a top 8 pick

Right, he’s a young 18 & has a complete bag already

I would not blink if he went 1.5

If Griffin falls to 8-10, where we are likely drafting, I think he would be a great option. SG is a huge need and he has the ability. A bit bigger and stiffer than I would like (that's what she said). But great value at that point.

If we are in the top 4, we certainly aren't thinking about Griffin then. We take one of the big 4. Then make the big trade after to balance out the roster. Lottery tells the tale. Not too much longer until we know where we land..
