I like Ivey but I don't think he's close to good enough to mean the difference between what we have and what we would have to give up.

I'd rather just hold on to what we have for another year and take the BPA at 8.

Yeah I posted it in the Lakers thread, I don't get how the Lakers could make it work.

I don't see a universe where the Nets want Westbrook.

If they were to get Kyrie in a S&T, they can't be a tax team. That would mean another top heavy season of LeBron/Kyrie/AD and cheap depth 4-15. AD is going to have to play perfectly for them to win.

A team full of increasingly injury prone players(and good chance Kyrie just leaves randomly for an undisclosed period of time cause he's Kyrie) with no depth, honestly it's basically their only play, but it working out seems low.

If that is the case, I see them trying to flip THT to clear about 10m in space.

They are currently about $2m over the tax, so it doesn’t work unless Kyrie makes less than Westbrook and even then they still need to sign bodies for the season.

The Charlotte Hornets are entering the offseason with hesitancy to match a max offer sheet should Miles Bridges sign one as a restricted free agent, sources tell Shams Charania of The Athletic. Bridges is expected to command a max or near-max contract. Bridges averaged 20.2 points, seven rebounds and 3.8 assists per game last season.

I figure they’d need a coach before a decision like that is made.

Bridges will leverage the Kings into getting traded to his preferred destination.

Man, getting that 4th overall pick just continues to be a kick in the nuts for the Kings.

I wonder if the kings have any interest in Jerami Grant?

Graham/Temple/8th pick for Jerami Grant is sitting there if the Pels want it. (This is being reported by "Fansided")

Flip Grant and maybe a future pick and that would give us an opportunity to move up for Ivey

Grants not coming off the bench here. But good to know if there were a team looking for a win now player instead of our pick. Highly doubt Kings are giving up four with Grant being main piece coming back.

The most smoke I have seen surrounding the Kings is with the Wizards.

10, some combo of Avdija, Rui, and Kuzma for 4.

To sum things up on Jaden Ivey:
•Worked out for Orlando and Detroit
•Oklahoma City's staff saw him workout in Los Angeles
•The Knicks went to his pro day
•He was in contact with the Rockets at the combine
•He has had no contract with Sacramento

only 2 team workouts
