The only problem with Thibs is, every job he's had he got fired from by the players. They say he runs them so hard during the season, by the end of the season they have nothing to give. Just remember y'all are asking for Thibs and when you get him, you get all Thibs issues.

This is a good coach to get you over the playoffs hump. Like in all of his stops, once his teams get over the hump, it's time to move on. Which is fine as this team needs to learn how to prepare, play hard consistently, and value every game. Learn to walk before you run mentality.
This isn't going to happen as they aren't paying for a big name coach to come here. but it looks like Murray and Jordan are providing a lot of the leadership that's missing in the locker room.

Malone is a garbage coach! Without the best player in the world he has a sub 500 record. How do you think that would work for the Pels?
