thanks for the memories CP3... i hope hornets fans appreciate the good times he gave us, and he gives us a few more highlights in a Hornets win...
now i was at the game where Baron Davis came back, and it wasn't like this at all
even if we had an owner, what would have been so different about this whole situation? not having an owner didn't prevent us from getting a good deal, and it wouldn't have made any more money to resign CP3. i look back now, and we lost CP3 the night Denver beat us 121-63. that night told him what the franchise was. he had visions of not even having a chance to play for a ring in new orleans, and then afterwards counted the days until 12-14-11

that was the worst night of my 10 or whatever years of supporting the Hornets. i remember sitting at Pluckers watching that shite fest and just laughing like "when the frick will this end."
that game just sucked.
as for CP3, if i was there, I would applaud him for everything he did for the city and the franchise...but i'm never rooting for him again as long as he isn't on the team. sorry, but if you aren't on the team i root for, then i'm not rooting for you.

That's fair enough. There's no way I'll actually boo the guy. I have too many great memories of him, West and Chandler to do that. And I still believe we could have kept that nucleus if we didn't have a broke dick owner and a wooly mammoth GM.

I'll probably only boo at introductions. I'm not the type to drag that on through the game. I'd rather enjoy the game. That said, strategic dick slapper and nut puncher references are in order from the crowd. Sorry, Chrissy Poo, I was able to forgive you while you were a Hornet, but now you're just like any other dick slapper: a little less of a man.

IMO he was frustrated with the poor ownership and management and when we started heading in the right direction he had already made up his mind to leave. I miss seeing D-West, Chandler, and CP3 play together

I feel this way too. I may not be as pissed at him as some other people but I'm not gonna root for him. With that said, they guy does not deserve boos. He did a lot for the team for all the years he was here. dont boo him just because of the last 2 where he was ready to leave.
