Well shite, you need the send kubiak a memo that when he plays teams that aren't effective against his system he needs to change it. After all you have a narrative to uphold lmao

I have no idea what this means. West coast offense? Current day Niners?

He's referring to this Shanahan tree offense. It is true that Dallas struggles against it mightily.

But it doesn't matter, the offense is good.

I'm not surprised about Kamara, I felt he ran hard last year also, he was just always being hit at the line of scrimmage.

OC makes a huge difference here. How many times we ran Kamara up the middle when everyone including grandma knew what we were doing?

Must be miserable to be you. While I am not saying they are going to win the superbowl the points they have put up has been impressive. Scoring 40 points in the NFL is hard. Winning in the NFL is hard and the Saints have won both games handily. There was no doubt who would win both games. I will enjoy what I have seen so far considering I thought Carr would be dead by now behind this oline.

Anyone who makes any type of evaluation based on anything that happens in preseason is clueless.

Jesus Christ man, let this shite go

He’s not here anymore. He helped bring the saints to a level that NONE of us thought was ever possible. Did it end great? Hell nah, it rarely does.. but trashing him at this stage is petty and childish. Let it go

The Cowboys defense get their shite pushed in against the 49ers, Lions and Packers. What do they all have in common? Shanahan's offensive philosophy

Same thing happened last season too

Dan Quinn was their DC the last several years. Zimmer was their DC on Sunday last I checked. A lot of teams struggle with the Shanny offense.

In 2024 sure. People exist in time. SP in his prime/time is about as good as has ever done it

Kubiak was Mike Zimmer's OC in Minnesota in 2021. He knows his defense.

Plus, its about the linebackers of the Cowboys. They're undersized and play well with a lead. That's why they can't stop the run.

Nah. Now you’re just saying shite. I was here and on Twitter last year and there were hardly any fans that were buying into that Saints team that had to claw and scratch wins against two shitty teams. We didn’t look prepared those games. Had tons of penalties in those games. Nothing about those wins would give you any confidence they were going to be good. It’s pretty much the complete opposite now.

The Saints have blown out two teams. They weren’t clawing and scratching and squeaked out a couple of wins like last year. There’s less penalties. Less confusion. More cohesion to all three phases of the game. Granted, I’d like to see how the team plays from behind or when shown some adversity but they just kicked the shite out of two NFL teams. Yes, Carolina might be historically bad. But the Cowboys won 12 games last year and won by two scores on the road in Cleveland last week. And I was someone who wanted to see them against Dallas before I said I believed in them. I was skeptical after the Carolina game. Are we just going to keep pushing the goal posts back? “I wanna see how they look against the Eagles. I wanna see how they look against Atlanta, KC, etc.”

Look I get it. I still don’t think DA is a great HC. He needs to kind of prove he’s improved in some the nuances of being a HC. Like handling adversity, handling game scripts when they go negative, timely challenges, etc.

But he’s a great defensive mind and now he’s paired with a great offensive mind. Even if the Saints aren’t on that Chiefs, Bills, 49ers level, you can just watch the games and can tell a difference with the team. You can’t tell me you felt a difference between 2022 and 2023 based on the two wins they started with last year.

The worse team in the NFL (Panthers)

Cowboys team that's given up:
44 points (Saints) L
48 points (Packers) L
22 points (Miami) L
20 points (Rams) W
42 points (49ers) L
(1-4)

To Kyle Shanahan offensive philosophy teams.

Get back to me when the Saints are 2-2 going into MNF. Just because my opinion is contrarian doesn't mean I'm wrong. I do think they have a good shot against the Eagles considering how poor their defense is this year.

This is the case with many, many teams in the NFL. That’s why Shanny’s offense is hard to stop. LBs across the board are smaller and faster because they had to keep up with the passing renaissance. This isn’t something exclusive to Dallas.

The Chiefs have a pretty comparable LB corps to Dallas and they didn’t have a problem with the run
