Trade up, dipshit. Just like we did for my boy Ricky Williams. Saints always have good luck with people who have the last name Williams. Think about it. Can you tell me one bad thing about a Williams in the history of this franchise? I didn't think so.

Ya, I'm sure Loomis will close the deal. Worst GM in the NFL.
Aren't you the same poster who said the Saints need to draft a QB in the 1st round? All you seem to do is bash the Saints

4 years 40 million.

He had 19 tackles and 5 sacks last year. Got drafted 10 years ago. Mickey loves this idea, as long as 25 mil is guarenteed

and he had 38 sacks in 3 years prior in Buffalo when he was used properly in the right scheme.

And then he turned 30. I'm sure he could have a bounce back year with the right scheme, but this dude has peaked, and as much as we need another bookend, I don't believe he will be worth 10mil a year. We have to save some salary cap room, Tommy Morstead is due a contract extension soon

I am all for grabbing as many old, injured, jailed, formerly comatose, just released from prison, over hyped, will never be good again pass rushers that want to sign a "one year deal prove it to the league" deal.

They are cheap and may pan out and tha'ts what we can afford.

They don't always work out but sometimes they do!

I think the Saints might have burned that makeshift bridge held together by leather belts.

We absolutely need another starting caliber DE, but not in the position to TAKE that sort of risk. Need to take 1 or 2 year prove it guys and build through the draft

Edebali and Kikaha need to keep getting better. May alleviate the need at the position somewhat.

And yeah ya can't pay Williams with the other needs, but the notion that he is done is whack

drafting kikaha was a mistake if we intend on keeping him at OLB and having him drop in coverage instead of pass rushing.

I think he's past his prime and will want too much. If the Saints could get him at a bargain price he can come. If he wants 8-10 million then cya the frick later. He just came off one of his least productive years and is in his 30s. It's a sign age is catching up. He's high risk at this point if you spend a lot of money on him.

i feel like everyone on this planet takes crazy pills but me. All semi elite pass rushers get paid about 10 mill a year. Demarcus Ware last year etc. Mario is better. It was the damn scheme last year.
