We have more needs than picks available to address them all. Saints have more info than any of us. If Keenan is good to go than a CB is more on the side of luxury than need based on what we have available to upgrade our needs. Breaux and Lewis are starting caliber players. Swann was solid at NB and Williams has starting potential. Compare that to LB, DE, DT, G, WR, and TE
Also I never said don't address CB...I said we shouldn't draft there.

No receivers? No thanks. #2 need.

Absolute needs: dt and olb.
You can get by without a wide receiver or guard, although not ideal. A better pass rushing line can cover up secondary deficiencies. You would need a back 7 on par with Seattle to even make our defense average.

But more realistically... ignoring the obvious "won't be there" guys... hoping for something like this:

RD4 109: OLB YANNICK NGAKOUE-MARYLAND
RD5 140: G REES ODHIAMBO-BOISE STATE
RD7 205: OLB JOE SCHOBERT-WISCONSIN

Saints have so many needs that I think I'd be happy if they just went BPA

You're assessment of Rashard Robinson is laughable. He was arguably our best CB when he was on the field at LSU. He has the size at 6'3" and the speed to be a great player. He is going to be an NFL starter and you would be stupid to pass on him because you wanted to pick some other unknown in the 4th rd. If you expect to take him in the 6th dont hold your breath because he will not be there. He wont make it out of the 4th round based on athletic ability and size alone.

There are 3 under the radar CBs in the draft. You picked one of them in Harlan Miller. The other two are William Jackson III from Houston and Maurice Canady from Virginia. They won't be under the radar after the combine.

Deandre Houston Carson could be a good pick in the later rounds.

Keenan Lewis who will be 31 next season on very bad knees
When did that happen?
Are we talking about the one knee issue from 2 years ago that he played through?

Breaux, Lewis, Swann, Williams at least.
Williams has never seen the field yet and there were rumors at the end of the year that Swann is done because he is too concussion-prone.
