You dint jus give him away. You do what the Denver gm did to Loomis. Bend them over if a team is stupid enough to overpay. If not he just helps our qb develop.

He’s better than Wilson when they both play so whatever he gets olave is worth more. Or at least 3/4 of it since he doesn’t stay healthy.

The big issue I have with that video is if the price for Olave is 3/75. Saints should maybe just pay it.

What in the blue hell has Olave done to warrant 25 M a year in this system?

It’s the market. Salaries have gone up along with the salary cap. What would be your plan to replace him? Also who do you plan to pay when we do have salary cap space during those years?

He’s not close to Wilson. Wilson is a number one receiver. A dumb post.

Become a free agent after next year?
$25M/yr would make him the 15th highest paid WR this year with DeVonta Smith. When you factor in all of the WRs that will sign this offseason, that figure will drop and I would not be surprised if it will take $25M/yr to have him in the mid to late 20s.

He is he’s better in every metric and is on the field 10% less are you dumb?

You really don’t want to do this

Lets start before Olave started getting hurt

Stats

Almost 150 less routes ran lol

Now even if you go per game again when both are playing Olave is better its a fact. Some of you saints fans are embarrassingly stupid I swear.

Paying an average to above average player “market value” doesn’t make you a better team. It makes you status quo at best. I’d trade him or let him walk and then start over with younger players who have the ability to be better but for sure cheaper. We can get his current level of production for way less than 25m a year.

Add in the concussion history/risk and it’s fricking retarded to keep him past the rookie deal.

Let that be some other team’s problem even if he walks.

I think DeVonta Smith is Olave's ceiling.

I think Olave has already hit the ceiling and it caused another concussion.

Actually you are a waste of time. Just clicked your links and you are posting 2022 stats to determine who is a better player right now. If you post something worth responding to I’ll entertain this nonsense.

You could simply use your eyes and watch tape to save yourself.
