my first oct 27th 1974 served 6:00 am mass and was picking do nuts in bunkie at shipleys and a local dr. with a car full of his kids told my mom he had a extra ticket and i got to go old tulane stadium vs the eagles and roman gabriel the crowd was so loud they stopped play and saints won 14-10

My first game at Tulane Stadium, 1967. Quickly discovered that the beer vendors would sell to anyone, including thirsty 16-year olds.
