He’s all over the place. I’m sure you’ll get a coherent response.

Can anyone confirm if this is accurate for 2026?

It looks like Saints have 1,2,3,5,6 of their own picks and a 7th from the patriots?

As of now is that accurate?

1st a 2nd a 3rd, 2 4th's, 2 5th's and a 6th round...

I think Polk will be solid quality depth or better.

That would be ideal but Mickey would eat razor blades sooner than he’d trade down.

Lets hope some enticing trade comes available...

#8 to 10 - anywhere from 1300 - 1400 points

Trade with NYJ
#18 Indy's pick - 900 points
#36 - 540 points

Would be a great way to land 3 top 40 picks, 4 in the top 80

18: Vega Ioane (OG - Penn State)
Arguably the best pure OG in this draft; plays LG which quite frankly we'll need to improve both. This would secure the left side of our OL for the next decade IMHO.

36: Chris Brazzell (WR - Tennessee)
Big Bodied 6'5 frame with polished route running and good hands. Only question is going to be his speed and ability to get separation vs NFL caliber CBs.

40. Christen Miller (DT - Georgia)
Not flashy, but if there's 1 thing we truly suck at is run defense. Godchaux has been underwhelming. Broughton is an unknown. Shepherd has 1 year left and will be 33

71. Harold Perkins Jr (DE/OLB - LSU)
This is actually a homer pick, but has the size and speed of a young Hasaan Reddick. Whether or not he lives up to the expectation, in this Staley defense (3-4 front); he's made to be that rush OLB

Exactly
And yes…I will pick a trade down in the first. Again. Feel good about it this year.
Teams always need QBs and OTs.

Holy shite.

High Life has no idea about player talent. He shite on Shuck and thinks Vele is not a good option as 4th round pick.

or give up a third and he signs elsewhere?

If he signs elsewhere for big money, we get a 3rd round comp pick back. So it’s a net neutral loss.

Or franchise him a year, then let him leave, still get the third back. So yiu get two years out of him and still get a pick back.

Last I checked, Vele only has two years left after this year.

Because hitting on a wr on a rookie contract is how you stay competitive without hamstringing your cap. This is 101 stuff bud.

Lol. Pickens is the number 4 overall player right now at his position. And posters want to waste a first on a receiver after we just recently gave up two firsts for Olave and a high 4th for what will basically be two years of Vele b/c this year was a wash.

Sounds like an excellent use of assets. The issue is we paying most of our cap on dead money due to bad contracts from Loomis and we can’t afford to pay top tier talent. Adding an elite tier talent to pair with a young qb is a horrible idea tho. We will end up paying Olave #1 money instead.

But teach me more Sensei….

You’re advocating for trading a third + massive contract for a win now piece this past offseason, Captain Hindsight. We hadn’t even seen Shuck yet to know if we wanted to build around him this season.

you would’ve murdered Loomis yourself if we had made that trade simply because you hate everything the team does regardless of if it’s the right move

Only get comp pick if we don't sign any decent FA. Give it up, dummy.

Lol, olave is 8th. On a rookie contract, without Lamb taking the heat off of him. You're proving my point. You can get production out of wrs on a rookie contract. Spend fa money on the big uglies.

What are you talking about. We only have 11 mil to get off the books next year then we can spend big in 2027. That fits the timeline perfectly to see if you can hit on a wr in the draft.

Do you just not understand how nfl teams are built?

The franchise tag for a WR next year is $29 million. Vele will make $1.1 million.

You went dormant for a year while Carr crashed and burned. You promised playoff runs!
