With the gameplan we had yesterday, I think we win with Taysom at QB. We don't run the stupid reverse pass and we pick up the short yardage 1st downs. Hell, I think Taysom could have even hit Cooks in the endzone.

Taysom was great in the redzone.
I remember saying just take out Darrick Carr when the Saints were in the Redzone and put in Taysom.
All Carr could get was field goals.

Must sit out of the first four weeks. Now there is a five week window to return to practice. Once they practice, there’s a 3 week window to return to game action

Don’t get your hopes up. The window to practice is open by league rules.
Doesn’t mean he’ll be healthy enough to contribute any time soon. He’s got 5 weeks to either be picked up in the active roster o go on season ending IR.
My money is still on him not playing at all this season. And actually why rush him back?
