So you had at least 2 cars with 3 loaded handguns and a third car for which it is currently unknown, all involved in some kind of traffic incident or multiple incidents including a pursuit of an alleged hit and run driver thru the streets of New Orleans at midnight. What could possibly go awry in this situation? Good lord - New Orleans looks dangerous.

Pierre has to know what took place before all of this, yes?
Do you tell the entire story if you were in his position?

He came to the scene after, he was in the area

So the Impala was just the car that happened to be in front of Smith, right? The pics make it seem like Hayes may have pushed Smith into it. Or was it somehow involved?

That was my understanding. I wonder why Pierre used the word "witnessed"?
And one of those article said there was people in Will's backseat.

I think maybe he is referring to seeing Will dead.
i dont think he was there. That was the original report, but a lot of things that came out originally obviously didnt stand up

Lyons Yellin of WWL-TV stated that the impact pushed the Mercedes and Impala about 15 feet down the street.

What conspiracy am I pushing. There are no cars in front of the humvee and no pedestrians walking. Why did he make a quick stop? I haven't cast blame and there was definitely a hit.
my only question is was there something that took place before that and the humvee was Fricking with the car behind him?
I really don't know who is who in the video.
That was far from a routine stop by the way. At least be honest about it.

apparently you didn't read through the whole thread, there is a video showing cars in front of the hummer that was released yesterday.

You're right I have not read the whole thread. I will look and see the other videos.

Where is the link to said video? It seemed reporters claiming it existed last I checked, but no one had seen it.

i saw it yesterday, but the link i saw it at replaced the raw footage with the news piece that aired with it substantially cut down
becuase there was like a 20 second lag with no one in the screen between cars pulling off and him pulling into the screen when he started to pull over - which matches about the 20 second lag between contact and smith taking off, indicating he stopped approximately as the light was changing to green)

So, clearly you are going to realize you were wrong once you see the other video.
But, in hindsight, the person not being honest was you. The first video didn't show what was in front of the Hummer. You made assumptions based on too little video evidence...and then called people dishonest who were smart enough to realize that they couldn't determine what was in front of the vehicle.
It's interesting to see how many people are willing to jump to conclusions and argue things that aren't supported by evidence.

Yes I was clearly wrong after seeing the other video.
He made a stop based on traffic. It was easy to make the mistake based solely on the first. I have no problem admitting my mistake. By the way just so you know. I had no idea who was who when I made my initial observation.
I realize now Smith was in the silver SUV. He made the mistake by running and th killing is just a tragic event no matter what.
I wasn't dishonest at all. Misinformed yes. If you look at the video in the OP it shows the hit and than jumps to the other view with no cars or pedestrians. Easy to come to the conclusion I did.
