And this is the problem with promoting your good DC who can’t be a HC. The team suffers in all phases of the game.

Unfortunately Allen will probably get next season out of “loyalty” so we have a bit of suffering to sit through.

They aren’t firing Allen this year. They will demote Carmichael to QB coach and bring in a new OC.

Allen needs to bring in an Asst HC next year and give him complete control of the offense. No Carmichael, no Crab Legs, no Dalton, get rid of all the retreads.
