You would sit in your car and wait for him to finish putting all his ground meat logs into his Ford Raptor before you got out.

Not when you're taking massive steroids.

No college?

I thought you weren't near lifting that kind of weight in high school. Sounds like you are the weak pussy.

You SURE you weren't in one?

Everyone knows what several people are talking about when we characterize "that guy" except other guys just like him (you). Dumb, alpha, aggressive, abusive, all made worse by the steroids the kid is obviously taking (which you by implication also pointed out in your own post).

One of us is laughing here and the other is being all defensive and aggressive.

I'll leave it to the reader to decide what that means.

That’s impressive. Smart to stop when you did.

Bench press was always my worst exercise because, viewed from the side, I look like a piece of paper, and my arms are unnaturally long. However, at 63 years old I can still drop and do 50 pushups. I guess it’s a consequence of not having much weight to push up.

yea im such a weak pussy....because I didnt bench 405 in hs. You realize 405 at sub 200lbs at 17 is around 4 in every million people right? so roughly 0.0004% of the population can do that.

yea pretty damn sure i wasnt in a frat

i dunno if he is on steroids at all. i have no clue and I promise im much better and know much more about this area and weightlifting than you ever will

but what is wrong with being alpha and how does being strong mean he is dumb?

Several years ago—I'm going to guess we were around 45 at the time—a buddy of mine and I decided to see what we could still bench at the gym one day. I was genuinely stunned by the results.

We started at something easy, like 180 or so, and just kept adding plates. Once we made it up to a little over 300, my shoulder announced that while my muscles could continue the exercise, my joints could not. That if I kept going, I might be signing up for a problem. So we quit there.

I was just surprised we could still lift that much, since we didn't train to do so.

I wouldn't have made it to 400, but I might have gotten to somewhere between 325 and 350.

you are full of fricking shite!! yea just random guy who doesnt train is top 0.01% in strength

you lie and sound like an idiot dude

That’s not that unusual if you work out a lot.

I benched 420 my senior year though I was 6’6 250

That’s a top 1% lift of all lifters, much less general pop. As usual, you continue to prove yourself a fricking retard

You’re going to be worse than Roger when you get older. You’re in your 30s and already an incessant liar. NOT GOOD!

Such a weird comment permeating through this thread. He was max lifting 400 pounds off his chest what’s he supposed to do “Please honey, I’ve got it, no need to touch it” in a soft voice?

Clear indication of which of you fatasses have never been inside of a gym

just like you said you were barrell chested and then posted a picture and you are fat AF

1) a 405 bench is super rare period. less than 0.01% of the population can do it

2) even if you were telling the truth(you arent)....you dont think their may be a difference in doing 405 at sub 200 vs doing it at 250?
