Get an 8 ball and a cheap bottle of liquor. Leave it at your place. Go to the bar with the sluttiest coeds. Walk up to a group of them and tell them there's free blow and booze at your place. That will increase your chances.

IMO, frick dating seriously your first couple of years in college. If you end up finding the girl that's perfect for you, that's different.
However, as a 30 year old man, I'd say enjoy your early college years and have fun. Not saying you have to be a hoe, but I wouldn't date seriously until later on in college or after college. Just so many things can change, especially when you hit the real world and start getting in to careers.
Also, if this isn't a troll, you're trying way too hard. May need to also tamper your expectations, as it sounds like you're trying to out kick your coverage and coming up empty. Sorry that you're ugly and a try hard bro.
