Wtf are you talking about? That is not an instigating question, and you're being sensitive. It's a fair question. If you are going into a situation where someone is threatening with a gun, it's fair to think the police would have guns drawn and potentially fire on the suspect.

Literally every time there is a shooting involving a cop, so many ask why less lethal measures weren't used. Now in a situation where they were used multiples time, you're questioning it? You are doing nothing but stirrings hit with that question, and you know it.

Only one guy is on his arm and the other officer is lower towards his midsection and on the same side of his body as the other. Again, his actions are likely to blame for what is probably a justified shooting. However, it doesn't exactly look good for the officers and I'm not sure how that is debatable. The guy is standing there, not moving, when he is tackled. He is thrown to the ground, we cannot see the gun, we cannot see his actions on the ground, we only hear commands from the police and we don't know if he breaks those commands. We then hear 3 shots.
As I said last night, the video doesn't disprove the officers' account, but it doesn't help their cause either. It isn't a good look and I'm not sure how that is debatable. Most people are filling in the gaps with their own opinions of what they think happened or what they want to have happened and passing it off as fact.

yup - and i think that we do not know where on the spectrum this one lands yet (may never).
there are certainly things that could make it skew much closer to totally justified, or not at all.
