Just when we hit the Shale Revolution and become energy independent, these assholes want to make us completely dependent upon Russia, China, and Africa for batteries. It actually takes effort to be this stupid.

The entire Executive Branch of our government has become a joke. Their constitutional mission is to enforce laws passed by Congress not make law up.

EPA
Should have never existed and should be disbanded immediately along with about 90% of the rest of the bloated overbearing behemoth that is the federal government.

The inevitable lawsuits will keep the lawyer class flush with funding over the next 3 decades alone. Big law is a huge drain on our government that funnels money to the elites creeping around Washington

Congress is so ineffectual worried only about getting re-elected that they will never actually challenge the executive branch.
I don't think some sort of term limits would truly solve the problem, but an executive willing to take steps to limit their own power would go a long way.
We see the same thing on the state level.

I hate that the EPA can make sweeping changes like this without the legislature.

The EPA has a year and a half left of their uber-leftist, climate figs fueled orgy of idiotic fantasies, before Big Daddy comes home and guts the Federal Govt.
Those smarmy frickers are certainly in for a rude awakening, but it ain't coming from anyone that we "elect". Get over that nonsense.

I’ve always said these unelected nameless/faceless bureaucrats will be the ones to destroy this country.

California is hoping everyone else is litigated into doing what they've opted to so they can be the King of the idiots.
