Restaurants I have worked at, managers weren't allowed to interact with the employees outside of work. But yet, we had managers banging the employees anyway

So basically, my advice works, as women like men who lead and are direct and take charge, instead of men who are uncertain and not confident in themselves. You are just mad because it works, not because its wrong.

In that case no loss for me. I just move onto the next woman. No fricks given because I have outcome independence. Either way I win.
It's why I approach so many women. So if one fails or falls through, I have more prospects waiting in the wings.

Nugget, while these tactics will certainly allow you to have more interactions with women and potentially more dates...they also completely frick up your mindset regarding women and will stunt your ability to have a lasting relationship.
You have to be confident enough to approach a woman directly and honestly. Not using gimmicks. Not treating them like shite. A man who has self worth is not afraid to be vulnerable because this is he is just living in the truth of who he is. Quality women will respond to that and it will lead to a lasting relationship.
What you are preaching will only lead to hooking up with a lot of random skanks...which is fine if that's all you desire.
