No. That was supposed to be first focus especially the gang members, but Dem judges kept fighting for the gang bangers making every illegal the same process. The protests and obstructions also started day 1, but the paid leftists had to split time with setting fires to Teslas for awhile which got more press. The left also doesn’t make distinctions on what kind of illegals they obstruct for.

They can get judicial warrants signed by Article III judges, and in some operations they issue themselves administrative warrants if they know they are targeting a specific person, but all of these collateral detentions absolutely do not have signed deportation orders or judicial warrants beforehand.
