I don't drink them everyday but a few times a week if I feel like I'm dragging a bit, I'll have one. Usually a Celsius but sometimes a 7 Brew enrrgy drink or Redbull. I stick to the smaller skinny cans.

I have they are pretty decent. I really like Reign. I doubt any of them are good for you.

Guayaki Yerba Mate. Revel Berry flavor. I like these much better than any energy drinks. It’s an Argentinian tea. 150 mg caffeine per can

Anyone Drink Celsius?

I drink at least 3 a day, I work very weird rotations of shifts though so it doesn't inhibit my ability to crash at anytime

Just saving my receipts for the inevitable class action lawsuit in 20 years if I last till then

I don't drink a lot of energy drinks, but if I need one, usually on a long road trip or a very long day of work ahead, I'll drink the Fuji Apple Pear Celsius.

It really is a superior energy feeling to other drinks, even coffee. More energy, less jittery, better crash. I don't know how they do it, but I presume they are horrible for me so I limit to 2-3 a month and only as needed.

Other days, just 1 big cup of black coffee. I haven't had a regular soft drink outside of a Sprite or Ginger Ale when nauseous in maybe 15-20 years.

Are you sure it was because of that?

According to the cardiologists and countless tests, yes. I also haven’t had any problems since then and that was nearly 15 years ago.

Bought a Celsius (Strawberry Passionfruit) today just to try because of this thread. Tastes pretty good, but I don't notice any discernible effects.

I used to drink them every once in a while but have stopped. shite can’t be good for you.

Also, to the people that drink several every day there is a warning label on their cans to limit yourself to 1 or 2 per day. Gonna give yall fricking heart attacks

Energy drinks are incredibly acidic. Just be aware of that regarding the health of your teeth.

I drink them with a straw. I only drink one flavor of celsius and its the raspberry green tea. So good. 12 pack on amazon usually about 19.00

My daughter’s boyfriend though drinks multiple a day. I think he has like 4-5 of the things daily. I keep telling him it can’t be good for him.

That’s 800-1000 mg’s of caffeine. Holy shite, that boy won’t make it to see 2030.

400mg is usually the upper range of “safe” for daily consumption. That’s like 10 cokes or 4 cups of coffee. 800 to 1000 mg’s is a massive amount of caffeine and likely is stressing his cardiovascular system.
