I grew up in a poor town inside a poor parish along side many poor whites and blacks none of which were given a head start in life, should I have to pay federal taxes?

no disrespect meant but I think you're way off the mark on that statement, reparations out the whazoo have been made for generations that have not only leveled the playing field but in fact have given minorities and females a leg up just about every conceivable area, minority scholarships, grants, minority owned business subsidies, set asides, tax breaks, and so forth, what continues to "hold down" minorities is that no matter what the restitution is, it is never enough, and minorities perpetuating the hatred for whites and refusing to move forward and teaching generation after generation of minority children that white people are responsible for everything negative that they may ever encounter in life and therefore the white people will forever owe them something
