It's 1:00AM and you stop a car that the driver is extremely drunk. You don't know this person but discover he's an officer from a nearby town.
Do you let him go or arrest him ? If you arrest him do you get BS from fellow cops ?

Pretty easy. We have a casino about 30 minutes away and have a bus line running through town. Most of the recurring issues are on public transportation, the bars and mobile home parks. Surprisingly get a lot of domestics in the richer area, when I say surprisingly, I’m surprised people call it in. Typically rich folks mind their own business.

What person have you arrested that you felt the worst about having to arrest?

None, I’m one of the main DUI guys on the department.
Ok here’s a good one then...
Let’s say you pull someone over for suspected drinking and driving. When they step out the vehicle you realize he or she is a judge. Where do you go from there?
And be honest.

Do you think any cop would accept a bribe to let a dui go? And if I hinted at a bribe what would you do at that point assuming you wouldn’t accept it.

I refuse to answer you people with sir or officer. Is that a problem?

I hope you’re kidding. But if not. F that man. Why would I wanna take a persons life. I don’t know how I would react
So you're more of the dog shooting type?

Where do you work? If you pulled me over for speeding say 72 in a 60 and I was polite, would you let me off with a warning?

Are you offended more being called a "pig" or a "piece of shite"?

Arresting an old lady for stealing food from the grocery store. She was stuck with 5 grandchildren because her daughter was in prison.
Arresting a vet. He got into a fight and broke stuff at the bar. He got home the day before from deployment, he came home to his wife taking his two daughters and all of his savings.

Think to myself, I’m gonna be f’d and call for a supervisor to make sure everything goes right.

I think most wouldn’t it at least hope not. If they did they need to be arrested and sit in prison

Have you ever issued a ticket to a slow driver in the left lane? Or someone in the left lane when the right lane was clear and people were passing them in the right lane? If that is even a law in MN.

Not at all. I’m human like you. I usually introduce myself with my first name.

I’m actually continuing my education. No thanks to being a lawyer. If I was going to be a lawyer I would do defense work.
