So will they arrest the parents of the 8 year old for leaving their child with a mentally ill person if he is found mentally ill?

I’m willing to bet there is some sort of mental illness there, but not the kind that keeps one from determining right from wrong. Because it’s that difficult to know not to RAPE AN 8 YEAR OLD...
However, his lawyers are going to push it hard in order to keep their lawsuit against the city together, and the DA’s office probably wants to be as far away from this power keg as possible since we see the the NBR trash is being a real gem and victim shaming an 8 year old...
Im sure the race baiters, Gravy, Denise, and others will incite riots if they try and hold this trash family accountable for their actions...

Just as an FYI: while all of the headlines are referring to it as "rape", I think a clarification is in order that he's not accused of penetrating the victim. He's accused of performing oral sex on the victim. Not to say that isn't rape, or that it's ok, etc, etc. I'm just seeing a ton of posts making clear reference to him "putting his dick in" the kid, which again, isn't what he's accused of doing.

I just happened across the Advocate’s Facebook post on it this morning. My god the comments are some of the most disturbing things I’ve ever read. While there are those rightly condemning the act, there is a large group actually defending this guy’s actions because he was traumatized by his father’s murder and was “acting out.”
