Thread not complete without Nurse pics from the event.
A couple of years ago I found a reflection of her in one of the pics she posted (in the chrome of the bumper) and I reposted it.

She came unglued.

It was similar to this one-

I went to World of Wheels in Baton Rouge as a kid circa 1984.

Never missed the World of Wheels in NOLA as a kid in the late 1970s/early1980s, at the old Rivergate…. My most vivid memory is , one year, seeing ‘Boss Hogg’ from the Dukes of Hazzard, which was still on the air at that time.. he was in the white suit and hat, and he was shoveling copious amounts of popcorn into his craw and it was spilling out onto the floor.. much like a professional wrestler, he was truly ‘living the gimmick’.. and as a kid, I loved it- in my world at that time, i was so awestruck, it might as well have been Elvis or the Pope.

I was thinking the same thing for the bronco. The hyper cars are going for fair prices though.

Always are there. I'd might be able to buy at a Mecum show, maybe.

Last few years have had few vintage Power Wagons that brought good money to the sellers. But yeah, more trucks are creeping up into the high dollar offerings now.
A Power Wagon just went for $175k

Who knows what these cars will be worth in 50 years when gas cars aren’t made anymore either.
